The kind folks at Studio number nineteen asked me to illustrate the month of November for their illustrated calendar project. They asked a bunch of local illustrators to do a month each, and I was thrilled to be part of it. Each had only two colours for their palette. I chose to go with a fall green and orange. The illustration itself could be whatever we wanted. My roomie has a Type drawer full of "nick nacks" and I've always really liked the look of it, so much so I chose to illustrate a drawer full of my very own "nick nacks". I'm looking forward to seeing everyones work for it. They should be available in the next two weeks at Kid Icarus in Kensington.
